After 4.4.2 upgrade, seems Google is trying to fix this issue. Set the zoom level function is not working properly, so if you changed the zoom level, when switch to different page, the zoom level will be reset. So some of the file reflow works again, but not all.2.

After latest upgrade 4.4.2, seems Google partially fixed this issue. So you may need to scroll left/right to view the pages. Reflow function is broken for some CHM file. I'm working to find work around of those issues.1.
